I am a 200 hour RYT. Additionally I hold a teaching certification from Grounded Kids Yoga. I am a graduate of the University of Georgia, a wife and a mother of two.
I teach yoga because it is in my heart and soul. In addition to teaching I have practiced yoga for over ten years. I know that life can be very serious, I think yoga shouldn't be. I believe yoga is play and practitioners should be happy, be free and enjoy the journey.
