Courtney Schlesser

My name is Courtney and I have been teaching High School Physical Education classes for the last seven years. Throughout my time as a PE teacher I have developed a great passion for life long fitness. Since developing my life long passion I have received training from AFAA to be a group exercise instructor and currently teach Cycle classes and aqua classes. Such classes include ABC cycle, Aqua Strength and Aqua Blast. I am also currently preparing for the NASM CPT exam. I find working in a small group one on one as a personal trainer is just as rewarding when working with individuals that share a similar passion.
