Justine Thorner

 

Biography

Justine Thorner grew up as an athlete, playing collegiate lacrosse, and advancing her career further to playing and winning a national championship in England.  As an athlete, she learned to treat and respect her body as aninstrument, but at the same time pushed her body to its limits, and often faced injury and pain. Yoga helped her heal, and find clarity and harmony between her body and mind. Justine is able to integrate yoga with her knowledge of and passion for nutrition and holistic health.



Justine's love of traveling and immersing herself into different cultures helps her maintain an open mind and can help you in your practice to respect and accept all people, cultures and living things.



Justine is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) through the yoga alliance as a graduate of the Conquering Lion Yoga school of Kelly Morris, which powerfully combines the vinyasa style of yoga with the inner teachings of Tibetan Buddhism and Shamanism.



Justine is a Board Certified Health Coach, as a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She currently resides in New York City.



She is excited to share her knowledge with you.  Her passion is to help people live their happiest, healthiest and most fulfilling lives!



Her classes make for a sweaty, heart opening and fun flowing experience.
