I started my fitness career later in life. I stayed at home with my kids for 13 years. I had always loved working out and spent most of my time at the gym. I decided to do what I love. I attended a group fitness instructor certification first. I got my first job teach aqua fitness. It was a great way to start. I loved the people and the work out. From there I was hooked. I decided to go full force and got my certifcations in personal training, Pilates mat and reformer, yoga, spin and RIPPED. I have been teaching for a little over 2 years. Yoga is my absolute favorite and I am currently working towards my 200 RYT.
