My interests include lifting weights, running, biking and swimming. (Triathlons have now become a favorite training goal of mine) I played rugby for Winona State University and Minnesota State University, Mankato. With 80 minutes of non-stop action, rugby required a lot of physical conditioning.

Every year I continue to remain very active and only become stronger and faster year after year. Keeping myself fit and healthy is a strong passion of mine that I want to help others find.
