Rebecca teaches Yoga to groups and individuals. Rebecca studied Ashtanga Yoga at the PowerYoga Workshop which incorporates the focus on breath with strong poses. . She was excited to find something that not only increased strength but also repaired a lot of the strain done to her body over the years. As her practice deepened she began to notice how Yoga positively affects your “whole life”. “With dedicated Yoga practice comes the gifts of peace and inner strength.” - rr Rebecca studied with some wonderful teachers including Lynne Kehoe who shared their knowledge and devotion to Yoga. She also has a strong background in drama and movement and has a degree in Fine Arts. Rebecca has taught primary yoga to adults and children. Rebecca has been providing Yoga demonstrations and training at her barn studio since 1999. In addition to teaching, she co-owns and directs Ice Pond Studio with her partner. Rebecca is an avid Scuba Diver, Downhill Skier, 5k Runner, Graphic Artist, and Circus Arts performer.
