Over 10 years ago, I discovered the practice of yoga, and I have continued to explore learning and living a more connected lifestyle ever since. I have completed a 200-hour certification with Yoga Alliance as an instructor and have continued to learn advanced techniques for therapeutic yoga adjustment. I have taught at yoga and pilates studios, in workshops at senior centers and as an adjunct faculty in a community college. Reiki and reflexology have been added to my list of modalities within the last five years. I teach basic Hatha yoga with opportunities for posture adjustment and deep relaxation. .
