Stephanie Knorr

I workout everyday and love it.  I enjoy challenging myself by competing in local events.  I've participated in 5ks, 10ks, warrior dashes, dirty girl, and warrior dashes.  I've also volunteered and and taught fitness classes to elementary school age students, peers, and athletic teams in the Central Columbia School District.  I am also the Cross Country Coach for Central Columbia's High School and Jr. High School boys and girls teams.
