Jen DeLong

I am a certified yoga instructor and a member of Yoga Alliance.  My yoga studio is located in my salon that I own.  I am currently transitioning the salon into a wellness center.  I am very dedicated as a yoga instructor to help people feel healthy and beautiful on the inside and outside.  I teach with patience and I make sure that my students are taught asanas with proper form.  I have a very positive attitude and embrace my teaching in classes with the same positive attitude.
