I am a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer/Team Training Coach working with GoodLife Fitness Canada and have been employed with this company since 2010. I have a passion for teaching individuals who are trying to make a lifestyle change within themselves to become happier and healthier in their everyday lives. I have a love for fitness and teach spinning/cycling, cardio kickboxing, cardio weight classes and run bootcamps/team training camps for GoodLife Fitness. I have the ability to run high and low impact classes as I cater to the members that are participating in my classes and always provide options for each individual.
As a Fitmess Instructor/Personal Trainer/Team Training Coach I have the knowledge I need to work with different people of different skill levels in fitness training. This allows me to create programs that are fun, effective and can be efficient as well.
