I live in beautiful Fort Collins, CO nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. I enjoy hiking, biking and especially the sun! I have been involved in "whole body movement" since I was a child. Having a background in dance, gymnastics and cheer, the shift into group fitness and yoga instruction was a natural fit. I began teaching classes in 1998 and haven't stopped! I became an instructor trainer for Les Mills International in 2005 giving me the opportunity to utilize my leadership skills in a new way. I led 3-day workshops to prepare and train future instructors for the company. Currently I teach 10 classes a week including dance, step, and 4 different styles of yoga. Everyday that I get up and get to move is a good day!
