Michael Dafesh

I am currently 28 years of age, active personal trainer at lifestyle family fitness in Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada. I have been a personal trainer for the last four years and enjoy every thing about it. I was certified in June 2003 and have always been updating my certification by taking classes, and attending conferences.
