I have been practicing, learning, and growing from yoga for the past 8 years. During college, I attended my first class at the on-campus Recreation Center at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA and quickly became enthralled. The Los Angeles yoga community is home to many different and inspiring yogis and yoga styles, I was able to experience and explore so many of the things yoga has to offer.
In 2010, I moved to Breckenridge, CO and immediately sought out a studio to call home. It was here that yoga truly became apart of my everyday life. I volunteered at Meta Yoga Studios in exchange for free classes and soaked up as much as I could from my teachers and friends in the small but vibrant yoga community.
In the summer of 2012, I decided to pursue my teaching certification and relocated to Boulder, CO where I received my 200 RYT at The Yoga Pod as well as an at-risk population certification through the Yoga Prison Project training.
Currently in Denver, CO, it is my goal to bring yoga to underserved populations. It is my true belief that if every person in the world had the opportunity to practice yoga, the world would be a better place.
