 I am so proud to be a part of ZUMBA fitness!!! I am a former collegiate swimmer, a long time exercise enthusiast, and working, full-time licensed physical therapist. I enjoy running (ran a marathon in 2011), yoga, weightlifting & TRX but ZUMBA is my passion!! I got started in ZUMBA a year ago when a few of my friends at work started doing the ZUMBA fitness tapes during our lunch break. The program sparked enough interest in me to find a local class and experience it first hand -- You could say it was love at first booty shake because I've been hooked ever since!! ZUMBA is a fun new way to exercise, reduce stress, boost your mood, and prevent & manage chronic health problems.  I love the music, the moves, the high energy, and most of all, the amazing transformation it has made in my life -- both physically and psychologically!!  I love to help others feel as good with ZUMBA as I do -- and that's what ZUMBA is all about -- spreading & sharing the ZUMBA love!!!
