Meredith Ward

I am a current 3rd year medical student, looking to teach fitness classes somewhere tropical and fun for my vacation month during my 4th year of medical school. I love teaching WERQ dance fitness, and am a very fun loving enthusiastic person. I am able to modify my styles of teaching to reach any fitness level. I currently teach at Aspen Fitness in Des Moines, IA and at Des Moines University. I have students at all fitness levels and all ages.
