Ally Foreman

I am a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Muscle Activation specialist and also a UK National Trainer for the Mossa programmes Group Centergy and Group Core. I also teach for PTA Global. Additionally I am the UK Mossa Trainer Support, coaching and mentoring new UK National Trainers and supporting the existing trainer team.

My PT specialisms are correcting movement dysfunction and pain, mobilisation, lower back pain management and functional training I use functional whole body training with all clients and train the body and mind as a whole. My preferred tools are vipr, TRX, Bosu, balloons, bean bags and Bodyweight.

I teach Mossa Group Centergy, Mossa Group Core, Stretch and functional biased body conditioning classes. I am qualified in Les Mills, RPM, Body Pump, Body Jam and Body Balance as well but no longer teach these. 

I live and breathe fitness and wellbeing and love the journey which it has taken me on. I pass this passion onto clients and class participants, coaching them to be the best verisons of themselves and having a lot of fun at the same time.
