I have been involved in fitness classes for most of my adult life. I took my first Zumba Fitness class about four years ago and fell in love with the unique aspects of the program. Growing up I was involved in dance classes and nurtured my love of dance. In February 2011, I became a licensed Zumba Instructor and began teaching classes for adults at a local church. The classes were very successful. For the past several months, I have been teaching Zumba Fitness in the school district where I reside, as part of the physicial education curriculum. I have been teaching at the elementary, middle and high school levels. This summer I will resume teaching the classes at the local church, for adults as well as children. I have a B.A. in Advertising from the Pennsylvania State University and I have an M.S.W. in Social Work from Temple University. My full time job is as a Client Relations Specialist for a Mortgage Corporation in Harrisburg, PA.
