Chaye Spector

Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana Chaye spent most of her childhood playing and competing in sports. As the youngest sibling and the only girl among three older brothers, she developed a competitive edge. With the desire to find personal strength year over year, whether mentally, physically spiritually or elsewhere, she set out on her journey to improve and encourages her students to do the same. Having completed a certification in Madd Dog Spinning and CorePower Hatha Yoga, she is now pursuing her personal trainer certification with NASM.  

Chaye has grown the hot power vinyasa class at Hot Yoga Plus from a base of 10 students to a consistent 35+. Her energy, drive and challenging class leave you feeling revived and achieved. As is the same with her cycle class, having started with 4 students and now consistently driving upwards of 16 students in this beat pumping, hard working, sweat producing 45 minutes. Not only does she teach to the inexperienced making them feel comfortable and confident while flirting with their edge, but she seamlessly provides levels of intensity for all students involved appealing to a broad base in each class.
