Helene Ely

Born in Austria in 1966, moved to the US in 1988. Always loved sports, mountain climbing, skiing, running, however found my love to Martial Arts when my son joined Karate in 1993. Since then I have been raising my son and training karate. I am currently the Regional Director for the North Atlantic AAKF region, the American Amateur Karate Federation and I am very involved in programs for children, to improve their confidence and become more aware of their role in a healthy life.
