From dance and gymnastics in grade school to sports like soccer, swimming, track and crew in HS and college, and developed ingrained solid fitness habits and safe practices early on. Studies in Biology (BS) and Psychology (minor) have been very useful in personal training. I have spent the yers since high school tweaking personal nourishment habits to ideally fit my body, lifestyle and environment with continued education in nutrition. Personal time in years racing xc mountain bikes, running races and training and working as an Army officer have all played vital key roles in influencing my style and knowledge as a group and personal coach. I helped many with hikes, runs and cycling on an informal level. Several clients found success reaching their weight loss and fitness goals in my boot camps once I finally applied my experience in a professional setting. I have put everything I have into every fitness club group class and client to add fun to their drive to getting fit.
