Lisa Bruskin

I was raised in NYC, born in London,England. I have been a avid athlete most of my life having been playing tennis since I was about 5 years old. I went to college to study human movement and corrective exercise as I always had a passion for how the human body moves. I have been passionate for health and wellness and creating healthy lifestyle habits forever and have worked for many years in the health and wellness customer service business. My resume is extensive having worked in MANY health clubs in NYC and helping re-build facilites, train and staff facilites and set up membership and marketing. I have travelled the world teaching with Cunard Lines, Costa Lines, Celebrity, and Canival Lines. I have lived in Seatlle/Tacoma for years working with marathon/triathletes in fitness facilities. I have run 23 marathons, over 40 1/2 marathons and MANY 5k, 10k and 10 miles all over the US.

My educational background besides my degree and CPT; I also have a HUGE background in post rehab with young adults through active older adults and certifications in MS, Fibromyalia, and Parkinson's. I speak at forums on motivation techniques for creating healthy  lifestyle habits and many fitness related topics. I also develop fitness/wellness programs for 11-15 year olds.
