I am a huge fitness enthusiast! I have been teaching Water Exercise at the YMCA since 2008. I teach Water Bootcamp, Deep Water Power Ex, and H20 Flow (a yoga-Pilates combination in the water). I have also recently certified in Aqua Zumba and have begun incorporating it into my teaching: my students love it!! I also am certified in Zumba. I have also certified through the YMCA in Principles of Healthy Living, Group Exercise Fitness, Water Tabata, YMCA Aquatic Safety Assistant, CPR, AED/O2 administration, Blood-Borne Pathogens, First-Aid, and Child Abuse Prevention. I have a huge passion for getting people moving and provide a friendly but challenging exercise environment. I have also become good at adapting routines to students at various fitness levels so that everyone in the class gets a good workout.
