I began practicing yoga ten years ago when I was searching for a routine that would replace my life long cheerleading career. I was always told that Yoga will transform your life if you let the magic happen. I found myself impatient at times and would walk away from my mat only to return again when I needed it most. For the last five years I have dedicated myself to practicing Yoga on a regular basis and each time I step on my mat I learn something new about myself. I never thought I had the ability to quiet my mind and move through life with balance and ease. I have become more aware of what my body needs and how to provide for it. In March 2013 I completed my 200 hour YTT from Prana Power Yoga in Winchester, MA. As my journey continues on, I look forward to spreading love, light and joy in all of my classes.
