- Nik Herold
Born and raised in the South Bay, Nik earned a Bachelors degree in Business and Leadership Development from the University of Southern California. While there, he relentlessly studied kinesiology and sports performance while learning the ins and outs of running a successful business.
After his college and sports careers were complete, Nik's overwhelming passion for health and fitness drove him to pursue a career in this field. He is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the NASM. His love for strength and conditioning has also led him to a certification as an RKC™ kettlebell expert through the prestigious Russian Kettlebell Challenge.
Beyond strength and conditioning, Nik is both an NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Functional Movement Specialist (certified through Gray Cook's FMS certification program). He is also certified as a pre- and post-natal coach and is a Precision Nutrition practitioner.
Nik specializes in helping real people with busy lives reach their fitness goals. He not only supplies his clients with the knowledge of how to lose weight but, more importantly, shows them how to KEEP it off. Nik takes a one-on-one approach unique to each person and truly wants you to succeed in increasing your self esteem, health, and overall look.

Nik has appeared on CBS' The Doctors and his work has been featured on E! News, ESPN, NBC's Today Show, and NBC's Biggest Loser. His projects have also been written about in Men's Fitness, Men's Health, Fitness Magazine and the LA Times.
He has been named Results Fitness Business Owner of the Year in 2010 and 2011. Under his direction, Ambition Fitness was named South Bay’s Best Bootcamp in 2010, 2011 and 2012 by The Daily Breeze.
