I have been in the health industry for 20 years, good living starts from within! I teach everyday in my spa, we are an Aveda Concept Spa we incorporate natural practices every day. Yoga just seamed to be a natural progression on the health track. It is my husband who is the spinner he jumped on the bike and hasn't looked back! my massage practice has helped me understand the body and yoga has helped me understand the mind and body connection.
