Tamara Whatmore

I am currently located in Red Deer Alberta finishing my last couple weeks in my bachelors of education degree through the University of Alberta. During my third year of pursuing my teaching degree I truely discovered my passion for health and fitness and took my personal training certificate. From there i decided to begin working on a holistic nutritionalist diploma which I am still working on.
