I have 3 children and a husband. I have been active all my life. As a child, I was very physically active. I still climb trees with my son:) I love it. I think the one gift you can give yourself is a strong, fit body. I am an avid runner, workout everyday and eat a very healthy diet. My activies vary from playing tennis, running, hiking in the woods, biking, yoga and lifting weights. I love yoga because it allows me to do all the other things well with keeping flexible, long and lean and providing a strong core.
