I have been taking group exercise classes since 2002, starting with kickboxing and aerobics, and expanding into step, intervals, toning, Zumba, Jazzercise, aqua aerobics, yoga. It is only recently that I have had the time and resources to put into training to be an instructor. I chose to start with the LesMills Sh'bam class as it is designed to be a very positive and accessible dance format for all fitness levels, but I feel that the training that I've completed, together with my years of experience attending classes, would allow me to successfully teach any of the formats that I've attended.
