I began my yoga journey in 2005 after looking for ways to combat stress and fatigue.  Yoga helped me discover so much more.  Through my yoga practice I found that my mind and body are much stronger and more capable than I thought.  After a few years of practice, I decided to become a certified yoga teacher.  Right around the time I was going through the certification program, my sister took me to a Zumba class in Chicago.  It was love at first step!  After attending several more classes, I knew I had to get my instructor's license.  I currently teach at a women's fitness studio and a pilates/hot yoga studio, and I couldn't be happier!  I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love and help my clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
