I teach 5 group fitness classes a week, Monday-Friday. I teach 2 types of classes. Body Sculpt is a 45-minute class that tones and strengthens the entire body using large muscle groups to keep the heart rate elevated. Both bodyweight and weighted exercises are used. Total Fitness is an hour-long class that includes cardio bursts and the use of weights, finishing on the mats to tone and strengthen the core. Neither class inclused complicated choreography. Low to high intensity determined by the participant.
