Tho I'm new to teaching yoga in a studio, I've been teaching family and friends & strangers for years.... With 12 years of yoga study & practice, I recently began turning from student to teacher as a committment to not only the schedule but the expectations of such... Simultaneously I find I'm a student in the ability to learn & listen while a teacher in the place to share, encourage, guide and embrace with loving awareness. I practice this practice of yoga & encourage this practice in all beings... how else will we learn to stay calm admist the chaos in the life?
Side note: My husband and I own a small business - we import and distribute high-end Euro fashions to retailers across America... my delay in the committment to teach was the schedule committment as we travel with our business and of course enjoy our vacations together. Prior to our business I was a regional Manager for a company with 40 stores, 16 of which I was in charge of hiring Store Managers and teaching them to teach their staff...etc.... We recently met Tammie at Desire in Cabo (March 13-17) as she taught I practiced and later talked about your company and possibilities...
I'm sincerely interested in sharing this practice of yoga in our travels and look forward to continued discussions.
Thank you kindly,
Amy
