I have been a fitness enthusiast for over 25 years, I have taught multiple styles of fitness classes like floor aerobics, water aerobics, Multi Barre and Yoga.  I also own a natural pet supply store where I help people and their fur babies choose natural and healthier alternatives for their pets' nutrition, health toys, and supplements.  As I grow in the Health and Wellness industry so does my wellness routine.
