Angela Day

My path to becoming a yoga teacher began with an interest to deepen my own practice. I wanted to explore all aspects of yoga and share my love of yoga with others. In this life we can get so caught up with the fast pace and never take the time to ask, “how am I?” I love that yoga allows me this time.  It’s what keeps me grounded and happy to know that whatever shows up is okay.

I will guide students with an abundance of love. I will provide student with a challenging class with an emphasis on alignment. Most importantly, we will have fun!
