Introduced to yoga 11 years ago, I recently changed my professional focus from corporate to something more personal. I completed over 600 hours of intensive teacher training and am now a certified Hatha and Power Vinyasa Flow instructor. In I am a certified Thai Massage Bodyworker trained in the US and Thailand.

Operating under the company name Flowing Lotus, I provide Yoga instruction and Thai Massage to individuals or groups in studio, private, and corporate settings. I also teach yoga to children in public schools in the greater Essex County area.

When not teaching or practicing yoga, I draw on my past professional experience to provide eMarketing consulting services to small business and individuals looking to improve their marketing. It is my belief that professional quality eMarketing services should be available to all businesses regardless of size.
