Lindsey, a Wyoming native, is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer with a Masters Degree in Sport Pedagogy. Lindsey is also certified in TRX, Indo-Row, Shock Wave, Schwinn Cycle, and The Method Pilates from the Physical Mind Institute in New York. Along with being an active Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor she has a USSF (United States Soccer Federation) Level C Coaching License and a PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America) Level 2 Alpine Certification.
Prior to moving to Jackson Hole, she was a College Soccer coach at Fresno State University, Colorado School of Mines, and South Dakota State University. She continues her passion for athletics and performance as she works with and has trained numerous NCAA All-Americans and All-Conference Athletes. She spent several years as a midfielder for the CNMI Women’s National Soccer Team and played both collegiate and professional soccer.
Lindsey is passionate about fitness and the mountain lifestyle. A an avid outdoors woman she enjoys all that Jackson Hole has to offer. She runs, trail runs, road bikes, mountain bikes, hikes, camps, skis, backcountry skis, fly fishes, snowshoes, windsurfs, and plays golf. She has worked with a wide demographic. From inspiring a former golf pro to lose 100lbs for his daughters wedding, to challenging a college athlete become an NCAA All-American. In Lindsey's words, "Personal Training, health, and fitness are not just a job to me, this is my life, my passion, my purpose."
