Bridget Gross is a certified yoga instructor. She attended her first yoga class in 2001. Yoga was always an add-on to compliment workouts and training for races. She lifted weights, took aerobic classes, did various cardio workouts, ran, biked and swam. Physically fitness has always been a priority. She continued practicing yoga during her third pregnancy and found yoga to be her most challenging cross training day while training for the 2004 Chicago marathon. She continued to practice yoga while training for various other half-marathons, 10K’s, and Sprint and Olympic distance triathalons. Eventually she realized she had a true passion for yoga. During the 3 month teacher training program at Yogaview, she saw a real transformation of mind and body. She has attended workshops with Ray Long, Sianna Sherman, and Natasha Rizopoulous. Studying closely with Geri Bleier, Tom Quinn, Quinn Kearny, and Claire Mark has been an amazing experience! She is eager to share her passion for yoga and to offer others a gateway to a calmer mind and a stronger, more flexible body. She is grateful for all the time spent on her yoga mat and for her teachers who continually inspire and motivate her to reach for new heights!
