Gillian Lay

Have been in the fitness industry since 1986.  Been employed by The Athletic Club since 2006 in the capacity of fitness instructor, personal trainer, pilates instructor.  For the last 2.5 years have been the assistant fitness director of the Guelph location.

I am certified with Stott pilates since 2000 and with Can Fit Pro personal trainer since 2009.

Fitness is my life!
