.  I am very excited about the opportunity to work in this capacity for you, and believe this position would be a perfect fit for someone with my unique skills, interests, and professional experience.
            Throughout my career, I have successfully offered strong direction to varied men’s and women’s athletic teams.  In addition, I instilled in my players a respect for hard work, self-discipline, and fair play.  While assuming each respective role, I faced numerous challenges.  My organization and presentation skills, combined with my professional attitude and skill set have allowed me to successfully complete any work-related tasks to which I have been assigned.  During my tenure at each institution, I garnered valuable insight into strength training, aerobic conditioning, strategy, and I was afforded an opportunity to enhance my leadership skills.
            Crucial to my success in these positions has been my ability to thrive in an environment where decision-making, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills are held at a premium.  I truly believe that my skills, experience, and character will enable me to offer as much to this position as I’m sure it can offer to me.
