Rhonda is an active part of the fitness community leading group classes, dance classes, one on one sessions and Bootcamps. As a 200 hour certified yoga instructor she also incorporates teachings from the Kripalu tradition into her other specialities. Rhonda currently teaches six yoga classes a week out of two studios, and is also a professional bellydancer. She can help those needing to relieve stress and decompress, or those with some energy to burn and looking to sweat! But, it's all about you, and what you want and need.
