Linda Godfrey

I have been employed by Bally's Total fitness since 1985 as Director of the Aqua progam and a Aquatic instructor. In 2003 I traveled to New Mexico to complete my Yoga training with the Yoga Institute of Houston. I have been teaching Yoga at Bally's and Joga somatic arts since receiving my certification. The highlight of my Yoga career thus far has been introducing and teaching Yoga to my communities High School football team.
