I have always been involved with athletics playing sports throughout school, competing in triathlons and other races. I love group fitness. I was a participant for many years before becoming certified. Now I love it even more. Since 2007, I have been teaching a variety of classes ranging from 5-10 classes per week. My strengths are Aqua aerobics, yoga, and pilates.
My interests include travel team tennis, diving, and seeing the world.
