Lynn discovered Pilates after the birth of her third child. As an avid fitness class participant, her focus had always been on cardio-training, but it was only when she incorporated Pilates and Yoga into her regime that she felt truly fit. While Lynn initially began her training in mind/body exercises for her own personal development, she quickly realized that her skill set made for an easy transition to teaching. With a previous career in investment management, Lynn has a great deal of experience speaking with groups, educating people, and making them comfortable outside their usual comfort zone.
