I have been involved with sports and fitness for my entire life. I trained as a competitive gymnast for over 18 years and coached gymnastics professionally for 11 years. I also have an extensive dance background with experience in ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, ballroom, and routine choreography. While attending Penn State University for my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, I gained experience in Cycling, Group Fitness Instruction, Judo, Boxing, and Kickboxing. I have a wide array of exercises in my repertoire, and specialize in full-body and bodyweight exercises that combine multiple muscles groups at once while employing cardio elements.
