I have always been a fitness enthusiast. I have a jazzercise background. A little over a year ago I had a few instructors persuade me to become a instructor. Because of my love for dance i decided to get certified in ZUMBA!!!! What a great decision that turned out to be:) I currently teach 8 to 10 classes a week at 3 different fitness facilities. I am certified in Zumba 1& Zumba 2, and Zumba Toning. I do alot of Toning/Zumba classes they compliment each other being a great back to back workout, toning and then cardio.
A few months ago I wanted to switch my circuit class to a RIPPED class. It is a choreographed circuit class. It uses free weights, plyometrics and kickboxing for a well rounded cardio and strength weight bearing class.
