ANDREA MILENA YAEGER

Born and raised in Canada, I was always a ball of energy. My parents are both Chilean and that Latin blood has always coursed through my veins with a passion! An avid lover of dance, gymnastics and really all sports that kept me moving as a child i was always active and have been fit my entire life. From ballet, to tennis, to badminton, to cheerleading and volleyball I was always on the move and this was no different once I entered University. In my first year I found my passion, YOGA! An exercise that still required a lot of strength and stamina but also required the focus I was lacking...i didn't mind the immense positive vibes I would feel afterwards either! I continued to practice throughout University as well as became very involved in the Latin community here in Edmonton, learning how to dance and teach Salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton etc After Universoty the travel bug set in and I have made my way across many continents, no experience makes you feel richer than traveling! In 2010, I decided i wanted to take my Yoga to the next level....I knew that I wanted to be an instructor and that waking up every morning knowing i would be sharing the benefits of my passion made me smile. I got certified and began my business shortly thereafter. I have had great succes and teach several classes a week besides by part time job with the Canadian Government. I decided to add a little spice to my linup by getting certified to teach Zumba and have now created a class called FUSION where I combine Zumba, Pilates, Yoga and light weight training for an amazing work out which has been very successful, all classes sold out. I love teaching and I love traveling which is why I think this could be an ideal match for me, Candian winters have gotten to be too much for me! i hope to hear from you and meet in person so I can really wow you ;) thanks for your consideration!
