I have been teaching a variety of fitness classes since 1998. Although I have taught Boot Camp, Indoor Cycling, Bosu and Strength formats, my passion lies in teaching yoga. As a certified and registered professional, my classes include a blend of alignment inspired strength and core work with an emphasis on stabilizing the body's foundation. The classes are taught from a meditative perspective and include mindful body awarenss cues. My background as a Posture Alignment Specialist helps me develop programming that addresses common postural inefficencies.
I currently teach at multiple locations throughout the Chicagoland area and create yoga/posture/core programs for private clientele as well.
