SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

• Managed the daily operations of a successful personal training and group exercise studio that had

an annual revenue of over a half a million dollars.

• Supervised a staff of eight personal trainers, eight class instructors and one business manager.

 

SPORT-SPECIFIC

• Trained professional basketball players from the Chicago Bulls and Euro-leagues.

• Assisted in the pre-draft evaluation, testing, and profiling of over 50 players for the Chicago Bulls

prior to the 2001 NBA Draft.

• Produced revolutionary vertical jump training system and DVDs that help basketball players jump

higher in just ninety days (www.hangtime90.com).

• Led a local athletic performance program that has saw over 105 athletes go on to play in college in a

four year time period, including over 50 on NCAA Division 1 teams.

• Develop in-depth scouting reports and coordinated recruiting trips of prospective student-athletes at

UTEP.

Jeremy Unertl-Defensive Back with Green Bay Packers, Baltimore Ravens, and Toronto Argonauts.

Luke Sullivan-Discus Thrower who qualified for the 2000, 2004, and 2008 US Olympic Trials.

Casey FitzRandolph-Speed Skater who won an Olympic gold medal and is an Olympic record holder.
