Having been overweight most of my life, I entered the "world" of weightlifting and training full speed ahead.  Dedicated to eating clean most of the time and a solid training plan allows me to not only be an example to my clients but to my children and community as well.  Knowing how to recover is, in my opinion, more important than the training itself and in forming relationships with my clients and class attendees, I've been able to help many people change their lives in some way.   I have such a varied background of fitness, allowing me to work across a broad spectrum of clients.  Some are overweight, some athletes, while others are middle of the road looking to "shape up".  I believe classes should be fun and find that is what's missing from most programs.  There is often a level of intimidation associated with fitness classes and personal training, so it's paramount for me to make it fun yet effective and incorporate a series of exercises that are modified on the fly so everyone can workout together.   While my love is bodyweight exercises and Boot Camp, small group personal training with weights and bands is a close 2nd   8-)
