Anastasiya Zhuravska

My name is Anastasia Zhuravska. I was born in Lviv, Ukraine.

I started my professional ballet training at the age of 8 at “Lviv State Ballet School” and till this day I never stopped dancing. At the age of 12, I moved to Montreal, Canada with my family, where I continued my dance training at “L’école supérieure de ballet du Québec”. During the years of my ballet training I had the chance to perform with various dance ensembles, among them are “Rousskie Ouzory” and “Montreal Theater of Dance”.

In the summer of 2011, I left Montreal for a year and enrolled at “Valentina Kozlova’s Dance Conservatory of New York”, for intensive dance training. After returning from New York, I’ve decided that I would like to be able to share my passion for ballet and dancing. As a result, I began to teach classical ballet, points, contemporary dance, and became a certified Zumba instructor.

​​At the moment, I am employed as fitness instructor and/or dance teacher at different schools and companies such as: San Tropez Dance School, Bonnie's School of Dance, Centre récréatif de Rosemont, Curves, and others.
