Laura’s passion for yoga originated and evolved during her years teaching high school in New York city’s public school system. After finding peace and strength on her mat she was eager to combine her two passions: teaching and yoga. She is certified with Yoga Alliance and received her 200 hour yoga and Prenatal certification from the world renowned Pure Yoga studio in Manhattan. She has experience in a variety of techniques including: Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, Restorative, Hot Power, and Slow Flow. Her classes bring students into their bodies and beyond their minds, linking breath and movement with high intention during each practice. Laura is thankful to yoga for helping her keep a sound mind and body throughout pregnancy and motherhood.
